A dental snoring appliance may help you and those around you finally get a good night of rest. With a similar design to sleep apnea appliances, these devices help open the airway when sleeping by holding the tongue forward and opening the airway. An open and unobstructed airway helps quiet breathing. Though similar to sleep apnea appliances, snoring appliances are not intended to treat sleep apnea.
